Are you interested in becoming an Alumni Memories partner school? Together, we can offer your students, alumni, faculty and fans the opportunity to design and build their own beautiful Alumni Memories montages that will tell the world just how special your institution is to them – then, now, and forever.

To join our rapidly growing family of Alumni Memories’ schools and institutions, follow these simple steps.

Call us at 877-915-9915 or email us at info@alumnimemories.com to request a copy of our Partnering Agreement. During our conversation, we’ll be glad to answer any questions you might have about the Alumni Memories Partner program.
After signing the Partner Agreement, applicants will need to send the team at Alumni Memories the following items to officially launch their school or institution on our website:
1. A minimum of twenty (20) color photos of the main points of interest that capture the essence of your school or institution. If yours is a secondary school, college or university, good examples include images of academic buildings, student dormitories, student centers, athletic facilities, and popular gathering spots in and around your school. Feel free to send interesting interior shots as well as good quality exterior images.
  For more details concerning our photographic requirements and the methods by which you can send the file images, please consult our FAQs. Note: Our trained graphic artists and staff photographers will carefully examine the overall quality of every image file to ensure they meet our high standards. We reserve the right to refuse to display any files that are corrupted or that do not meet our rigorous standards.
2. Digital copies of your school logos, mascots, etc. that students and alumni will be able to select as they design their montages.
3. The official name of your school or institution as you would like it printed on each montage. We will also need to know which school logos or mascots you’d like laser printed on each montage created on the website.
4. The mat and text coloring that will become the standard design template for your students, alumni, faculty, and other friends and followers of your school.
Next, we’ll set up a way for Alumni Memories to share a portion of the proceeds of each customer purchase of a montage built using the images and other items you make available to your consumers via the Alumni Memories website.
Together, we will work to create a marketing plan that will spread the word that your school or institution is now a proud member of the Alumni Memories family. We will develop a strategic, customized campaign designed to reach the maximum number of students, alumni, and friends of your school to let them know there is a fantastic way for them to celebrate and share some of their most treasured memories.

By following these four steps, your organization can become a member of the Alumni Memories Partner program and reap the many benefits available to our Partner Schools.
